JONATHAN CONGRATULATES PROWESS UNIVERSITY AWARDEE IN ABUJA

Dr.Mrs StellaRita Awelle Nwachukwu Asogwa, Founder/President, StellaRita Awelle Humanitarian Foundation was also honoured with honorary doctor of Philosophy in Organisational Leadership by Prowess University, Delaware, USA in Abuja on 2/4/2022.

Former president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Good luck Ebele Jonathan congratulates Hon.Dr. Helen Taiwo Adebakin who bagged the prestigious Prowess University honorary doctorate degree award recently in Abuja.

Hon. Helen was honoured with the honorary doctor of Philosophy in Political Science at the just concluded summit on Leadership growth and economic stability powered by the Institute of Arts Management and Professional Studies (IAMPS) and held at the University of Abuja on 9th April,2022.

According to Professor Eze C.Nwauba,African Representative of Prowess University and Registrar/CEO of Institute of Arts Management and Professional Studies (IAMPS) in a statement stressed that: “Hon.Dr Helen after receiving her honorary doctorate degree award went to present the award to His Excellency President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan as her mentor and father in Abuja as a highest symbol of recognition and honour for a president who did so much for the people of Nigeria”.

Other prominent Nigerians who were honoured with fellowship awards and honorary awards at the epic occasion also include Hon.Dr Oladipupo Adebutu;Hon.Dr Rita Odichi Orji;Evang.Dr Ambassador Ofaka Enoketa Aaron;Orji Ubani Ndubuisi Jack;Hon.Dr Patience O.Comforter Olajide; Engr Babatunde Lawal;Dr Adebayo Ojo Blessing; Hon. Dr. Alhaji Abeeb Idowu Balogun; Dr. Ifeacho Chukwunonso Uzoma; Odumuyiwa Taiye Olakunle Paul,among others.

In a related development nine other eminent Nigerians including Chief Dr Benard Okumagba, the Managing Director- designate of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) were honoured by Prowess University with various honorary doctorate award degrees at the University of Abuja on April 2nd ,2022.Others include Alhaji Dr Abubakar Inuwa Tata,Chairman of Gombe Internal Revenue Service;Dr Mrs StellaRita Awelle Nwachukwu Asogwa, founder and President of StellaRita Awelle Humanitarian Foundation; Dr Akeem Ibrahim of KITAN Fashion House Lagos;Dr Barr.Eniola Idowu Williams of Nigerian Ports Authority;His Royal Highness Midala Mustapha Mai Umar, Emir of Biu,Borno state; Hon.Dr Dayyabu Yusuf Garga, executive chairman of Kanam LGA of Plateau state Nigeria;and Dr Baba Bala Ma”aji ,Zonal Head,North East of FCMB,Bauchi,among others.

Accordingly, the next event will hold at the University of Lagos come June this year with the theme titled:Reducing Poverty and Unemployment Crisis in Africa through Good governance in Leadership-Pathway to Sustainable Peace and Development in Nigeria.

The immediate past Commissioner for Commerce,Industry and Cooperative,Nasarawa State,Nigeria, Alhaji Dr Ahmed Mohammed will serve as guest lecturer at the forthcoming event as nomination is ongoing across the country.
